Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

  • Framing is optional, with various styles available. We can arrange the framing and installation for you, or you’re welcome to use your preferred provider.

  • Time lead is about 16-24 days, however certain paintings may take more time depending on the layering, complexity, drying etc

  • As each artwork is hand-painted, slight variations make it unique. We aim for 80–90% similarity and welcome your feedback for minor adjustments until you’re satisfied with the result.

  • Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.

  • We’ll share a draft for your review and refine the colours, textures, and details until you’re happy. Your artwork will only be finalised and prepared for delivery after your approval.

  • We work directly with rising and lesser-known artists from Malaysia and Southeast Asia, matching each project to their skills. This keeps our prices affordable without compromising quality.

  • Hang your painting in an area that is not subject to direct, bright sunlight as this type of light can cause the colors to fade.

    You may use a soft and dry cloth to gently dust the surface of your painting weekly to prevent a buildup of dust.

  • You pay when you place your order with us. As our paintings are handmade,we will need a 50% deposit so we can pay our artist to start work.  The balance will be made before you received your paintings. Please email us at enquiries@artisanmalaysia.com for further details.
